All bookings will be confirmed via email (please check junk folder too) or phone. The following information will be required:
• Passenger Name/Date
• Flight Number/Terminal/Airport
• Check in time/Arrival Time
• Drop off/Pick up address
• Details of payment
• Phone numbers
• Customers address
• How many passengers
• How much luggage
• Email address
We take credit and debit card payments in the car or Pre-payment by bank transfer.
All Tolls & Congestion Zones are not included in the instant online quotes and will be added on to the price.
All invoices will be done on the first of each month and most be paid 8 days later either by cash, cheque or by credit card.
Pewsey Airports Cars accept no loss or damage to customers property.
